Sheebeg Shemore is reputed to be Carolan's first composition.

NOTE: I opted for a rather spare arrangement of this tune for a number of reasons, laziness being only one of them.   Much of this tune's beauty is in its simplicity. This arrangement should be approachable, even for relative novices   at finger-style guitar. It leaves plenty of room for embellishment with alternate chords, arpeggios, and other ornamentation,   in keeping with the Baroque era of music, which was drawing to a close during O'Carolan's lifetime.
