I may have gone a bit overboard with the counterpoint in the accompaniment for this tune.  For those who want to experiment with a less complex accompaniment for the tune, I would recommend eliminating all bass notes except the one on the first beat of each measure.  You could also play the implied chord on the first beat of each measure.
