"A Second Order Method for the Steady Flow Between a Rotating Circular Cylinder and a Fixed Square Cylinder"

The purpose of this paper is to present an improved approximation technique to obtain the numerical solution for the flow between a rotating circular cylinder and a fixed square cylinder. The method to be presented is a second order finite difference method that is both accurate and stable for all values of the Reynolds number of physical interest. Results are presented for a wide range of parameters.
