Comparison : Sleep : 1997-2000





While 1997 and 1998 displayed the Sleep Characteristics of a typical Working-For-the-Weekend Worker, the 1999 and 2000 columns reflect the skewed schedule of a graduate student / associate lecturer. New highs were achieved for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A new low was established for Sunday, which I attribute to my participation preparing food for Food Not Bombs on Sunday morning.

 

New highs were reached for June, August and October, and a new low was established for September. Weird. If I would have to make a Sleep goal, writing this as I am already three months into 2001, I think it would be to simply continue to get more sleep. A number? Let's say 2850 hours.
