In the first few months of 1999, the old grain silos for one of the closed breweries in Milwaukee were torn down. The silos were a distinct feature on the "skyline" visible from my office. The silos were located in Glendale, WI, and were about 2.5 miles from my office, to the northwest. I decided to record the destruction. Unfortunately, they tended to knock down parts of the silo to the north, first, and then the parts to the south which were visible from my office.
In addition to the pictures I have linked below, I do have some better close-up pictures of the destruction, which I will probably post in the future.
