Text: Essential Calculus by James Stewart, Section 5.8; Chapter 6 (except 6.4); Chapters 7, 8, 9.
Topics: Applications of integration, techniques of integration; infinite sequences and series; parametric equations, conic sections, and polar coordinates.
Examinations: Weekly quizzes on Thursdays.
Exam 1 on Thursday, March 6.
Exam 2 on Thursday, April 17.
Comprehensive final exam on TBA
Homework: You are expected to do the assigned homework on the regular basis. It is expected that, at a minimum, 2-2.5 hours of outside work will be required for each hour in the classroom.
Grades: The quizzes will count for 20% of the final grade. Two midterms will count for 25% each, and the final will count for 30%. Your final grade will be determined by my judgment of your mastery of the subject matter.

February 4 : LAST DAY to add classes, change from a graded basis to audit or credit/no credit status, or vice versa.
