Zooplankton: Abundance of Copepods
There may be 1.347 × 10exp21 planktonic copepods alive today (Boxshall 1998)

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES 1 Focus on Copepods (Crustaceans)
We focus mainly on planktonic copepods -- calanoids and cyclopoids -- as well as, on cladocerans as our animals.

Here are pictures of some of them:

Eucalanus attenatus
Euchaeta rimana
Gaussia princeps
Haloptilus spiniceps
Corycaeus sp.
