Attendance: Attending lectures regularly is in your own interest. Attendance will be taken.
Just come to class please.
Homework: You are expected to do the required assigned homework on a regular basis.
It is expected that, at a minimum, 2 hours outside work will be required for each hour in the classroom (which translates to about 6 hours per week for this 3 credit course). This is minimum. Some students will require more outside homework time.
Also note that nothing precludes you from doing more than the required work, and such extra work can be brought up by you in class and during office visits for questions and help.
