A three phase project involving a capacity study to ascertain the UWS’s capacity to accommodate overseas instructional programming; a market analysis to determine need and feasibility of delivering overseas instructional programs; and the design and development of pilot overseas instructional modules. Direct oversight of design and development phase with a budget of $292,000.00
