Spatial Variations in Traffic
This document was prepared for an FHWA short course. The purpose
of the module was to introduce participants to the concepts of equilibrium
assignment, feedback between steps, and the explicit incorporation of an
activity allocation step through land use models and residential location
models. Policy issues, evaluation methods, and case studies are presented.
