Exploring Sprawl Summary (Draft, not for citation), presented at the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning, November 2000
           
This paper summarizes the information presented at the Exploring Sprawl seminars held during 1999-2000, supplemented by additional literature review on many topics related to sprawl.  For each topic, the paper attempts to identify the key empirical questions and summarize the empirical literature reflecting on answers to the key questions.
