The Behavior Therapy and Research Laboratory offers undergraduate students at UW-Milwaukee the opportunity to gain experience in Psychology by working as a research assistant.

To be an RA in the BTRL you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a sophomore or junior
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Be interested in pursuing a higher level of education after leaving UWM
