1 pkg. cheap frozen hash browns
1-2 onions, chopped
chopped hotdogs, or bacon
pickled beets
fried eggs
Cook the hash browns spread thinly in a shallow
pan in the oven. Fry the onions and meat. Mix the potatoes, onion and meat in a
large pot and heat through. Serve with pickled beets and fried eggs.
