Mustard
Potatoes vi magazine 12 May 1999
1 kilo potatoes
1.5
T butter
4 dl milk
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T regular mustard
1 T mustard seed
salt
Peel potatoes and cut into .5
inch cubes. Melt the butter in a
heavy bottomed pan or a teflon coated one, add potatoes and pour in the milk.
Carefully simmer this until the potatoes are cooked.
Stir in the spices and add salt to taste.
