This page carries information on several Web pages that I maintain.
While these areas represent items of interest to me, I hope that others
will find this material useful. As is the case with most Web pages,
it is still under active construction, and I suspect
will remain so as long as I have sustained interest in it.
Presently, it includes information on:
-
The
MIS Programs at UWM. This segment
describes the MIS programs (including course offerings), faculty
involved in these programs (including their teaching and research
interests), student MIS organizations, and other MIS activities.
-
Also included is a home page for
IIMC, which
is an institute that I have had prior connections with.
-
Yet another segment is a page for research in
verification, validation, and testing of knowledge-based systems -
which represents an area that I have made some contributions to.
-
Also available are pages for the courses I teach:
(This section always under revision)
- 216-434 Database Management Systems [hosted on D2L]
- 216-436 Systems Analysis & Design (undergraduate)
- 216-741 Decision Support Systems & Groupware
- 216-747 Systems Analysis & Design (graduate) [hosted on D2L]
- 216-749 Data Management Systems
- 216-892 Analysis & Design of Electronic Business Systems
- 216-998 Doctoral Seminar in MIS
-
There are also pages devoted to the
student AITP
chapter (formerly DPMA),
for which I serve as advisor. These pages have now been taken over by a
bunch of enterprising student AITP members, and the AITP web pages are now
officially at
http://www.uwm.edu/StudentOrg/AITP/.
-
My most recent project is the
AIS 1999 Americas Conference, for
which I serve as program co-chair.
For those interested, an
academic profile is available.
And yes, maintaining these various pages does take up a sizeable amount
of time, probably more than it is worth.
