Are you getting enough sleep?
Project Summary
This project was designed to allow adolescents keep track of their sleep patterns. Data taken during a one week period (including one weekend) will provide information about not only how much they sleep but when they sleep the most. Discussions such as health and cognitive function can be brought up after data has been collected. Sharing data with other schools provides an opportunity for kids to look for similar sleep patterns and discuss the outcomes of daily lives. They can also look for someone that has a sleep pattern they are interested in attaining and discuss the positives and negatives with that student.
