• You can try Jim Richardson's MathSearch to search Mathematics servers. (Australia)
• If you have access to MathSciNet, you can Search the Math Reviews Author Database (USA). Recent reviews list the location of the author(s).
• Penn State maintains a List of Math Web Servers (USA). You can look up departments by country. You can also look up:

  • Mathematical Institutes and Centers.
