1. Call to Order - The meeting came to order at 11:03 a.m.
   
   
2. Procedural Matters
1. Election of Chair - Members of the Subcommittee unanimously elected Kent Redding as Chair of the Subcommittee.
2. Election of Co-Chair - The Committee unanimously elected Genevieve McBride as co-chair of the Subcommittee.
3. Meeting Schedule - At each meeting the subsequent meeting will be scheduled.

4. New Business
1. Discussion of Review Process - Connie Jo explained the process that led to the establishment of the Subcommittee. She gave a brief summary of the information that committee members were to review. She commented that Dean Meadows would like to have a preliminary report by the end of the semester.
2. Review of Survey Results - Connie explained the survey results that Mike Allen prepared, and she reviewed faculty and academic staff comments concerning the degree requirements.
3. Future Plans - Members agreed that each of them would review materials relating to one of the requirements prior to the next meeting. The Subcommittee agreed to meet in two weeks. At that time members will decide how to proceed.
