- Call to Order - The Co-Chair, Robert Hessling, called the meeting to order at 11:32 a.m. in Holton Hall 241.
- Automatic Consent
- Minutes #4, 2003-2004 (April 7, 2004) were approved unanimously.
- Procedural Matters - None
- Old Business - None
- New Business
- Selection of Committee Members for 2004-2005 L&S Committees - The Committee agreed to contact continuing members of the L&S Committees to ask them if they would be willing to serve on new committees. They asked Connie Jo to prepare a plan for conducting elections for the new committees. Members will meet again to discuss the responses from the various committee members.
- Adjournment - Members agreed to meet in a couple of weeks. The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
