- Call to Order - The co-chair, Madeleine Velguth, called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. in Holton Hall 241.

- Approval of Minutes #2 (October 20, 2003) - Madeleine Velguth asked that the minutes be corrected to remove English 278, 279, 280, 374, 375, 381, 522, and 524 from the list of approved CAR forms. With that correction, the minutes were approved.
