- Call to Order - The Chair, Michael Gordon, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. in Holton Hall 241.
- Automatic Consent
- Minutes #2, 2003-2004 (October 31, 2003) were approved unanimously.
- Procedural Matter - None
- Old Business
- Implementation of Changes to Declare a Major - It was moved and seconded to recommend to the L&S Faculty a policy concerning the effective date for the implementation of changes to a major. Members discussed and agreed to have Michael Gordon make minor changes to the proposal. The Committee approved the inclusion of a statement identifying the printed copy of the Undergraduate Catalog as the official version of major requirements. Michael will send a revised copy of the proposal via email to members for review. The motion was approved.
- New Business - None
- Adjournment - Members commended Michael Gordon for his diligent efforts in preparing the policy. Michael Gordon briefly discussed items of business for the spring semester. The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
