- Call to Order - The chair, Robert Jeske, called the meeting to order at 3:43 p.m. in Holton Hall 241.
- Automatic Consent
- Approval of Minutes #3, 2001-2002 (December 13, 2001) - There were no objections to the minutes; they stand approved.
- Procedural Matters
- Spring Semester Meeting Schedule - The Committee agreed to meet March 5th, April 9th, and May 7th at 3:30 p.m. in Holton Hall 241.
- Old Business - none
- New Business
- Proposal to Create a Graduate Certificate in International Human Resources and Labor Relations - It was moved and seconded to recommend to the Dean the proposal to create a graduate certificate in International Human Resources and Labor Relations. The motion was unanimously approved.
- Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
