- Committee of the Whole Discussion - Tom O'Bryan distributed information on a proposal to permit individual majors to enter into articulation agreements with technical schools, whereby 30 credits taken in technical courses related to the UWM major would be allowed to count as elective credits in the L&S degree. The transfer of these credits from the technical school would count only for students in that particular major. If a student changed majors, the transfer credits would be removed from the transcript. Tom answered questions from members of the Faculty. Jay Beder noted that the Course and Curriculum Committee was drafting a recommendation to the Faculty on this matter.
