I. Call to Order
A. Announcements
The Committee on Committees wishes to make it known that it will attempt to set L&S faculty meetings on the third Thursday of the selected month (normally October and April) in order to permit faculty members to plan in advance to make the time available for attendance. Meetings are held from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.

V. Committee of the Whole-Discussion of Faculty Attendance at L&S Faculty Meetings
While attendance and voting at L&S faculty meetings will continue to be open to all L&S faculty, in order to invigorate faculty governance in L&S through increased participation in faculty meetings, the Committee on Committees recommends that each department designate a representative to attend each faculty meeting.
