Room blocks at a special discounted rate have been reserved for graduates, family, and friends with two hotels in Milwaukee:

Guests can make reservations by calling the Hotel directly at 414-276-1234 or 1-800-233-1234, stating they would like to reserve a room for the “UWM Graduation” room block. For the special rate, rooms must be reserved prior to the 11/19/08 cut off date.

The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee is in downtown Milwaukee and is across the street and one block east from the U.S. Cellular Arena, where Commencement is held.

Guests must contact the Hotel directly at 414-962-6040 for reservations, stating they would like to reserve a room for the “UWM 2008 Commencement” guestroom block. For the special rate, rooms must be reserved prior to the 12/08/08 cut off date.

The Hilton Milwaukee River is about 5 miles north of downtown Milwaukee and the U.S. Cellular Arena (about a 10-15 minute drive). The hotel is at Hampton Ave. and Port Washington Road, on the Milwaukee River.
