Dimensions based on average of measurements taken across all 3 flats, 
with varnish.  No more than .005" of variance was found beteween the 3 
measurements.   Dimensions at ferrules were interpolated based on 
measurements just above and below the ferrule.

Now I'm gonna get busy building this sucker.  It is one of the best 
casting cane rods I've ever held.
