Gamma Phi Beta Informal Recruitment

Gamma Phi Beta participates in a process called "Continuous Open Bidding" (COB).  Our Informal Recruitment dates this fall will be October 2-October 5.  Bids will be out by midnight on Friday, October 5th.  We ask that anyone interested in joining our sisterhood attend at least 2 of the 4 events held this week. This is so that you get a chance to meet most of our sisters, and so that we can have a chance to get to know you.  Please email gammaphi@uwm.edu with any questions, and to let us know which events you would like to attend. 

Tuesday, October 2 @ 6:30pm – UWM Volleyball game with the sisters (free with Student ID). We will be meeting before the game in Union Room (TBA) to meet one another and make posters for the game.  Then we will all head to the game on campus together.

Wednesday, October 3 @ 6pm – Dinner at the Gasthaus with the sisters
Our sisters will be wearing their ΓΦΒ letters so that you can spot them in the restaurant.  We will just be having a casual dinner and hanging out in the basement of the Union.

Thursday, October 4 at 5pm – Craft Night with the sisters
We will be having a fun “craft night” where we will be making greeting cards.  Union Room TBA.

Friday, October 5 at 6:30pm – UWM Soccer game with the sisters (free with Student ID). We will be meeting in Union room TBA and then head to the gamel together.
