The UWM Student O.T. Association general meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2000.
Present were: Ted King, Jaime Mintner, Larry Taylor, Nina Orlando, Melissa Adelman, Inga M. Larson, Tracy Blackwood, Dana Karow, Julie Kwasiborski, and Lisa Dixson
Committee Reports:
I. Treasurer Report: Melissa Adelman
-$741.81 in SOTA account
II. Supplementary Ed.: Traceey Joerger (not present)
-A program on relaxation techniques on Dec. 11th
III. Fundraising: Jennifer Wooten (not present)
-Entertainment Gold Books are selling through January, if anyone
is interested ask Jennifer Wooten
-$35.00/book
-Holiday Bake Sale: Dec. 5th and 6th
IV. Student Faculty Rep.: Shannon Kelly (not present)
-Ted King announced that a decision needs to be made about your
BS/MS track choice prior to Nancy Nelson's scheduling fieldwork
early next semester.
-Admission to the OT program has changed back to: min required
GPA of 2.75
V. Community Service: Tracy Blackwood
-Special Olympics Bowling Dec. 2nd
-Tentative: Caroling at Milwaukee Protestant Home Thursday, Dec.
14th at 11:00 a.m.
VI. Social Committee: Inga M. Larson

Special Order of Business:
-SOTA voted to waive the constitution for this year allowing Dana
Karow to hold 2 positions.
Other Business:
-Our guest speaker, Ginny Stoffel, couldn't make it to the meeting,
and she will be rescheduled to come again.
-SOTA may possibly rotate the general meetings on Monday and Wednesday
nights.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
