The
Department of Social Work offers the degree of Doctor of Philosophy
in Social Work. Students are accepted in the spring of each year
for admission in the following fall semester.
Between three and six students are accepted in each class. In order
to be eligible for full consideration for admission and financial
support, students should submit all application materials by January
