Abbreviations below: PS=PostScript, DVI=Device Independent (LaTeX output), HTML=Hypertext Markup Language (i.e., usual web format), PDF=Adobe Portable Document Format (viewed with Adobe Acrobat or Reader).
New! I have changed the way I created some of these files. The PDF files are now created by pdflatex instead of Acrobat Distiller, and appear to be much better. The HTML files are created by latex2html.

It is safe to assume that there will
always be misprints and other errors, and that the HTML
version will have its share of problems.
HTML format is available, but I had to modify my latex
file, and certain options were not recognized. Thus the
result is not problem free. For one example, look at the
bizarre numbering of the theorems, or notice that the first
word in a proof is frequently dropped.
