School of Architecture and Urban Planning
An exhibit detailing the life and work of architects Charles and John Roberts, who built many of Milwaukee's historic buildings, runs for much of the summer.

Summer Evenings of Music. Fine Arts Quartet presents "Haydn, Schubert Plus." Program includes Haydn, Quartet, op. 54, no. 1; Schubert, Quartet - "Death and the Maiden"; Dohnanyi, Piano Quintet no. 1 with guest pianist Menahem Pressler. 7:30 p.m. School of the Arts Recital Hall. $7/students, $14/general public.
Sun., July 18:
Summer Evenings of Music. Fine Arts Quartet presents "Haydn, Shubert Plus" with guest cellist Susan Moses. 7:30 p.m. School of the Arts Recital Hall. $7/students, $14/general public.

July 31: UWM Dance presents SUMMERDANCES (summer not). The concert features original choreography by dance faculty and staff, including Ed Burgess, Marcia Ruth Parsons, and Andre Tyson. Also performing is the department's new graduate student, Allyson Green, recipient of a $100,000 Jacob Javits
Fellowship. 8 p.m. School of the Arts Theatre.
$7/students and seniors, $10/general public.

FILM

Sat., June 26:
The Fourth Annual Milwaukee Outdoor Experimental Film Festival. Two hours of films described as "family appropriate" by organizers. Films by many different artists from throughout the U.S. will be screened. Those attending the festival are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Support has been provided by UWM and local businesses and individuals. 9:30-11:30 p.m. Pere Marquette Park, Plankinton Ave. and Old World Third St. 374-4135. FREE.
