MILWAUKEE -Look
for UWM again this year when you visit the Wisconsin
State Fair, Aug.1-11.
An informative and entertaining experience is promised at the UWM booth in the Wisconsin Products Pavilion. You can shop at a mini UWM Bookstore and gather info about academic programs and special events.
Several of UWM's campus units are acting as hosts on specific days during the fair. Staff and faculty from each school or college will be at the UWM booth on "their day." If you have a particular interest in a certain field of study or career area, you might want to schedule your visit with that in mind.

Every day of the fair, all day, visitors can talk with representatives from the UWM Alumni Association and the UWM School of Continuing Education—a great opportunity to find out about the benefits of membership in the UWMAA, and learn about the scores of educational opportunities offered by the School of Continuing Education.
UWM also is participating in UW Day at the fair, scheduled for Friday, Aug. 2. Fairgoers can visit the Central Mall and learn about the 26 University of Wisconsin campuses, buy college apparel and meet celebrity guests. (Look for some friendly jousting between mascots Bucky Badger and Victor E. Panther.)
