One of 150 copies signed by the author and the designer/artist/printer, Kinji Akagawa. The collaborators on this folded broadside were Akagawa, Gaylord Schanilec, and Robert Johnson, with assistance from Aimi Ozawa and Eiko Momikura.

Gaylord Schanilec, proprietor of Midnight Paper Sales Press, Stockholm, Wisconsin, was a featured presenter in the 1995 Book FOR[U]MS speaker series. Works from his press and from MCBA were featured in the 1995 UWM Library exhibit The Contemporary Fine Press. Robert Johnson, who was the 1993-95 MCBA Artist-in-Residence, and is proprietor of Melia Press, Minneapolis, Minnesota, was a featured presenter in the 1997 Book FOR[U]MS speaker series.
