This broadside was printed by Gaylord Schanilec, proprietor of Midnight Paper Sales Press, for the occasion of the 36th Midwestern Exhibition at the Rourk Art Gallery Museum, June 18, 1995. Schanilec's two-color wood engraving was cut on and printed directly from the end of an untrimmed block of maple.

Gaylord Schanilec was a featured presenter in the 1995 Book FOR[U]MS speaker series. Works from Midnight Paper Sales Press were featured in the 1995 UWM Library exhibit The Contemporary Fine Press.
