The Research and Instructional Support Department offers walk-in instruction services. These workshops are all held in room E159 in the East Wing of the library.

Web of Science

This is a focused session geared for graduate students in science and engineering departments. Attendees may want to learn about the unique features of a citation database, to work on specific research topics, to compile the author’s citations reports, or to just stop by and ask questions about the Web of Science database. This workshop will take place in W116 in the UWM Libraries.

Planning a summer vacation? Have an internship back home? Taking a distance education course? Come and learn how the UWM Libraries can help, all summer long. Attend this workshop to learn tips and tricks for accessing our library resources off campus. Learn to locate full-text articles in our databases and eBooks for convenient access. The UWM Libraries IS your research portal on and off campus. This workshop will take place in E159.
