The UWM Libraries are again participating in the web-based LibQUAL+® survey as part of ongoing efforts to assess the quality of our services, facilities, and collections.
LibQUAL+ ® gives you as a library user a chance to tell us where we are succeeding and where improvements are needed. By comparing the data you provide with that of peer institutions and examining the practices of those libraries that are evaluated highly by their users, UWM Libraries can improve services, refocus acquisitions, and address building needs to better meet your expectations.
