| Look at the citation information and library catalog record carefully before locating journal articles in print in the UWM Libraries. |
| When going to the Current Periodicals Room or the Stacks to find an article in print, be sure to bring along the citation information (journal name, title of article, volume, issue, page) from the database or from the FindIt screen.

Unbound, current periodicals are located in the Current Periodicals Room (lower level/west) of the library. Current Periodicals Room |
After approximately a year, a volume (generally a year's worth) of journals are bound together and moved from the Current Periodicals Room to the stacks.

Note: Some older and/or discontinued periodicals are located in the Compact Shelving sections of the library (lower level). Look at the PantherCat record carefully to determine if the journals you need are located in Compact Shelving West or Compact Shelving East. |
