Multimedia Reserves Form

Videotapes, DVDs and Audiobooks from the Multimedia Library collection are placed on 2-Hour Reserve for student's use in the Library's Multimedia Viewing Room (E157). They will be listed in the Reserve computer catalog under your last name.

UWM Faculty and Staff-owned media titles can be placed on 2-hour Reserve in the Multimedia Library. Titles must be commercially produced or have accompanying copyright permissions from the producer. Titles that are rented or borrowed from somewhere else cannot be placed on Media Reserves.
