UWM Libraries E-mail Notices
Begin August 2007 for All UWM Faculty and Staff

Beginning in August 2007 the UWM Libraries will send all notices to Faculty and Staff via e-mail. All e-mail notices (Overdue, Recall, Fines/fees) will be sent to the individual's Panther Mail address. If you are someone who has previously supplied the Libraries with a non-UWM e-mail address, please note that this address will no longer be used.

If you wish to receive your notices at a different e-mail address, please consult with staff at the I&MT Help Desk (229-4040) about forwarding your Panther Mail to another account or visit their website at www.uwm.edu/IMT

Help us envision new learning spaces in the UWM Libraries! Planning for the remodeling of the first floor, west wing of the Libraries is underway with construction anticipated to begin in mid-2008. To assist with the planning process we are holding focus group sessions for both students and faculty/staff. We want to hear what you need from the redesigned space. The focus groups will discuss how new spaces can be created to facilitate the way students, faculty, and staff work and study today. All focus groups will be held on Thursday, July 12 in The Gathering Place (east wing, first floor of the library.)

All participants will receive a complimentary Grind beverage and bakery item of their choice.

Thursday, July 12
10:00 - 10:45 a.m. UWM faculty and staff
11:00 - 11:45 a.m. UWM students
2:00 - 2:45 p.m. UWM students
3:00 - 3:45 p.m. UWM faculty and staff


There is no need to sign up. Please join us at one of the sessions and also encourage other students and your colleagues to attend.
