ABSTRACT: Miscellaneous records from the Zinn Malting Company, consisting of an agreement for the sale of the stock of the Zinn Malting Company and condensed balance sheets, acquired by Albert G. Johnson, a company stockholder.

BIOGRAHICAL NOTE/ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY: Albert G. Johnson was a stockholder of the Zinn Malting Company and a relative of the Zinn family. The Kurth Malting Company bought the Zinn Malting Company, located on South Water Street in Milwaukee, in 1955.
