ABSTRACT: Miscellaneous records of the Dept. of Health Sciences mainly consisting of executive committee and faculty meeting minutes documenting staffing, course and program developments, enrollment, budget, committee reports, and other announcements and matters of concern. The collection also contains planning documents, correspondence, a proposal, and faculty meeting minutes documenting the development of a bachelor of science degree in allied health.

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS: There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law. However, the researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY: The Dept. of Health Sciences was formed within the College of Letters & Science in 1973. In 1975 when the School of Allied Health Professions was formed the Dept. of Health Sciences came under the administrative structure of the School.
