The Ron Milner play "God Bless the Child...Who's Got His Own" was produced by the Center for Afro-American Culture and the Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee in May 1970. The play was staged as part of the Black and Beautiful event and was attended by the playwright on opening night.
