Training is one of the most valuable 
opportunities available to all STS 
employees.  Unlike, many student jobs 
on campus, STS strives to develop 
experienced and professional students 
upon their graduation, as opposed to 
employing students to merely fill a 
positon or complete certain tasks.

Training methods and topics are diverse 
and flexible to the student STS employees 
are encouraged to attend a wide variety 
of training classes.  Training topics 
vary from technical to professional.Some 
examples of technical classes that are 
offered are:

    

  • Troubleshooting Your PC

  • Introduction to Networking

  • UNIX Advanced

  
Examples of professional classes include:

     

  • Resume Writing

  • Portfolio Development
