Online Crime Tips Form

The UW-Milwaukee Police Department has now added an "Online Crime Tips" form to our web site. This service is being offered to allow you to report crime tips either anonymously, or with some of your personal information. Any information received through this form will be reviewed. This form does not qualify as a supplement to an Official Police Report being filed. To report crimes officially you need to contact us via telephone, 414-229-4627, or in person, 3410 N. Maryland Ave.

Please provide as much information as possible, including specific dates, times, and the names of individuals involved. You may submit a second form if there is not enough room within this form. If a suspect's name is unknown, please include a detailed description of the subject including, but not limited to, height, weight, approximate age, hair, gender, race, and clothing description. Please include any other personal identifiers that you may know.
