Submission Guidelines

  1. Manuscripts must be in English. Manuscript Style Guidelines?
  2. Manuscripts may be submitted electronically or in hard copy. Electronic submission is free. Hard copy submission must accompanied by US $50 submission fee.
  3. Electronic submission must be in the form of e-mail attachment. The manuscript may be in PDF or MS-Word format. It is the author's responsibility to ensure that the file is completely readable on any personal computer.
  4. Hard copy submissions must be typed in A4 or letter-sized papers with no less than 10-point typefaces. It should be accompanied by a floppy diskette containing an electronic file of the paper, or an internet link from which the file can be downloaded.
  5. Manuscripts in excess of 30 pages will not ordinarily be considered for publication.
  6. The author will receive an acknowledgement of the submission of the manuscript. If the acknowledgment is not received within two weeks of expected date of receipt, please contact the editor to whom the manuscript has been sent.

  10. Submission of manuscript will be held to imply that it contains original unpublished work and is not being submitted for publication elsewhere.
  11. Acceptance of a manuscript should imply an automatic transfer of copyright to the publisher. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
