Abstract: |
The paper addresses a dynamic
interdependence between economic growth and trade patterns within a
multi-group framework. The labor force of each country is classified
into two groups, according to human capital and preferences. We show how
differences in preferences and human capital of the four groups affect
trade patterns and the world economy. |
