Abstract: |
This note unites the determination of
international equilibrium and the Harrod-Johnson geometric
representation of the production structure of the 2 by 2 by 2 model of
international trade. This unification permits a complete analysis, in
one diagram, of various commercial policies as well as a more thorough
illustration of the effects of trade, allowing for demand effects. |
