	STUDENT SUCCESS CENTER Mission / Purpose : This committee will explore student satisfaction through customer service, campus civility, access to student services and access to student information. Goal : The creation of a campus Student Success Center to: (a) better coordinate student services, both in-house and external, (b) enhance student access to those services, and (c) increase overall student satisfaction. Operational Plan: (click here for detailed version) Establish a virtual campus solution center. Coordinate student services to encourage students' life planning from day one of their university experience to the achievement of their academic goals. Collaborate with the First Year Experience program and academic advisors to assist new students in developing Individualized Student Success Plans. Facilitate improved campus communication.
