The Administrative Officer will work with Human Resources to determine the correct title and placement of the position within a salary range. The director will be notified, with a memo, from Human Resources stating the determination of the title and salary range. In some cases responsibilities the UWPQ can be edited and refined until the director is satisfied with the title and salary. Once the title and salary have been agreed upon, follow the unclassified recruitment process.
