Departments should refer to the Instructions and Procedures for Limited Term Employment Transactions LTE booklet to determine the detailed procedures for LTE transactions. Use a copy of the last LTE form for that employee. Check "6D" and fill in Appt. End Date. Enter remarks in "10A" as appropriate. In "11" enter funding END DATE & adjust encumbrance as necessary. (only areas with a line under the entry can be changed via this action). In "7" obtain signatures and dates as applicable. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF PAST LTE FORM FILL OUT A NEW ONE TO TERMINATION |
